      <image:caption>Together with moving the entire design team to Figma I built an extensive library to cater for the needs of the design team and our goals to roll out Figma internationally. I made the use of Variants and Layer Properties to ensure Library components were simple, clean and easy to use as well as easily updatable. I also put together a style guide to ensure designers were able to understand component use cases and introduced a process for the wider team to suggest changes and propose new components.</image:caption>
